Ace detective.

Snappy dresser.

Razor-tongued wit.

A N D walking, talking, fire-throwing skeleton.

Skulduggery was a mage, and soldier of some renown. When he was killed during the great war, his body burned for all to see, he simply found it impossible to move on.

So, he came back.

Now retired from the life of a soldier, and keeping his magic usage to a minimum, he makes a living as a detective. As much of a living as one who's not technically alive can, anyway. With his new partner, and magic trainee, Valkyrie Cain, he sets out on new and daring adventures.
